We collect information you provide when you create an account, claim a business listing, or use our dashboard tools. This includes:

• Account information (name, email address, password hash)
• Business profile data (business name, address, services, materials, contact info)
• Operational data you enter into the dashboard (jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, machines, materials)
• Usage analytics (page views, feature usage) collected via privacy-respecting analytics
• Cookies necessary for authentication and session management

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the 3DPrintOps directory and dashboard services
• To display your business listing in the public directory (if you choose to publish it)
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, subscription updates)
• To improve our services through aggregated, anonymized usage data

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your operational data (jobs, quotes, customers, invoices) is private and visible only to you.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Our blog and resources page may contain affiliate links. When you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

7. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access — Download all your data at any time from the Export Data page in your dashboard
• Delete — Request account deletion from your dashboard settings; data is removed within 30 days
• Portability — Export your data in CSV or JSON format
• Opt out — You may opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data, but you can still make this request)

8. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

3DPrintOps does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. If you wish to make a formal request, please contact us at the email below.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Unclaimed business listings in the public directory may remain visible.
