- What is the difference between the Free, Starter, and Pro tiers?
- Free gives you a directory listing with an SEO-optimized profile page so customers can find your shop. Starter ($49/mo) adds the full management dashboard — quoting with margin calculation, job tracking, invoicing, customer management, and cost & pricing tools with limits of 3 machines, 15 active jobs, and 25 quotes per month. Pro ($149/mo) includes everything in Starter with unlimited machines, jobs, and quotes, plus multi-user support (3 seats), featured badge, priority placement, RFQ lead capture, and a photo gallery.
- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- When you sign up for Starter or Pro, you get a full 7-day trial with no charge and no credit card required upfront. You can use every feature in your chosen tier during the trial. If you decide it is not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal. Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens to my jobs, quotes, and customers if I downgrade or cancel?
- Your data is preserved. All your quotes, jobs, invoices, customers, machines, and materials stay in your account. If you upgrade again later, everything will be right where you left it. You can also export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format from the Export Data page.
- Does 3DPrintOps support multiple team members?
- Yes! The Pro plan includes 3 seats so you can invite team members to your account. Need more seats or dedicated support? Check out our Shop+ plan for larger teams.
- Do you take a cut of my sales or charge transaction fees?
- No. We never charge transaction fees or take a percentage of your revenue. Your subscription is a flat monthly or yearly rate — that is it. The revenue you earn through quotes and invoices is 100% yours.
- How does priority placement work for Pro members?
- Pro listings appear above Free and Starter listings in directory search results and category pages. Your listing also gets a featured badge, making it stand out visually to potential customers browsing the directory.
- Who owns the data I enter into 3DPrintOps?
- You do. You own all your data — jobs, quotes, invoices, customer records, everything. 3DPrintOps acts as a data processor on your behalf. We never sell your data or contact your customers. You can export or delete your data at any time.
- Can AI assistants or automation tools integrate with 3DPrintOps?
